.. ich würde die Box mit kaputter LAN-Schnittstell einfach ausmustern.
Es gibt neue CST-Boxen zu sehr gutem Preis und gebrauchte sind auch immer wieder einige zu haben.
PS: Ich habe 9 tadellose CST Boxen mit NI als Ersatzgeräte auf Lager (1xTANK, 2xZEE², 1xTrinity DUO, 2x Neo², 2xNeo, 1xBSE. Alle Neos+Tank mit 2,5" int. HDD, die Anderen alle mit USB-Stick).
Es gibt neue CST-Boxen zu sehr gutem Preis und gebrauchte sind auch immer wieder einige zu haben.

Der Pingtest ist übrigens auch erfolgreich mit einem zustzlichen Netzwerkkabel. Es wird dann die IP vom WLAN angezeigt, nicht die IP die fürs LAN eingestellt ist. (Komisch)
PS: ich habe gerade eine Neo2 jetzt genutzt und die Treiber wieder im Originalzustand (die Neo 1 habe ich gerade zzerlegt da ich diese Hardwaremäßig umbauen muss um sie mit einem LogitechHub und Alexa nutzen zu können.

Richtig interpretieren kann ich es zwar nicht, aber der Firmware-Download scheint ja komischerweise zu klappen (obwohl keine normalen Meldungen wie zB oben bei topie kommen), es werden ja sogar Wlan-Netze gesucht?
Aber ich habe mal iwo von Problemen mit dem Power-Saving der Sticks gelesen, und solche Meldungen kommen da ja auch vor, vllt solltest du in der Richtung mal suchen...

Ja, das funktioniert auch problemlos.es werden ja sogar Wlan-Netze gesucht?
Ich habe eben gerade mit meinem Bruder telefoniert der auch eine NEO (Sat) hat. Dort ist noch ein altes NI Image drauf. Diese Box wird mit einem WLAN Stick betrieben (weil LAN nicht möglich ist).
Da ist eine Version 3.3 release vom 05.03.2017 drauf.
Gibt es die noch zum Download? (vielleicht kann man damit dem Fehler jauf die Spur kommen?)

Misst, auf der Neo2 bekomme ich das Image überhaupt nicht zum laufen, da bekomme ich nach dem Flashen und der Grundeinstellung eine Neutrino 139 Meldung im Display. Netzwerk (LAN) ist aber auch ausgegraut.
Ich weiß aber das dieses Image bei meinem Bruder damals auch anfangs nicht laufen wollte und ich es wohl 3x flashen musste. LAN konnte ich da auch nicht auswählen und ich dachte das läge an seinem verlegten Kabel, weswegen ich dann WLAN genutzt habe.
Das Problem mit dem nicht funktionierenden WLAN fing übrigens ab dem NI 3.4 an. viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1987

Jetzt hat sich die Software bei meinem Bruder verabschiedet und ich musste eine aktuelle aufspielen. Nur geht jetzt kein WLAN mehr. Der Stick wird garnicht mehr erkannt.

Ein Treiberproblem ist es jedenfalls nicht, die Identischen Treiber sind in einem anderen Image drin wo mit dem gleichen WLAN Stick alles läuft.
Ich denke mal das Script das zwischen LAN und WLAN "umschaltet hat einen Hau weg denn in der WLAN einstellung mit eingestecktem LAN funktioniert Internet (aber dann über LAN).
Ich habe auch schon versucht die Scripte zu tauschen, aber das bringt WLAN nicht zum laufen (da fehlt bestimmt noch etwas).
