Wenn ihr beispielsweise mit Word-Dokumenten arbeitet, könnt ihr Dateien, die bis Ende der Woche erledigt werden müssen, gelb und Dateien, die heute erledigt werden müssen, rot markieren. Oder legt Prioritäten und Fertigstellungswerte direkt auf dem Dateisymbol fest.
